Paul is a wizard and thoroughly understands the body and what it needs to return to proper function. My wife located him for me. He had a extremely long list of skills, certifications, knowledge, and excellent reveiws so she booked my appointment. He has been the Ironman captain for sports massage since 2010 and his experience and knowledge showed the entire time I was being treated. It wasn't a massage like you get from a spa, those feel great and help you relax, but they aren't catered to injuries or helping your body repair. No, with Paul it was a deep dive into my own physiology and what needed worked on. We started with seeing what hurt and where, what my range of motion was, and what motions caused or eased the pain. Paul knows the body, sports, and sport injuries. He knows how to work on issues and FIX them. He worked on my range of motion at the same time he worked out the incredibly messed up knot I had in my back. I walked in, in pain, and walked out feeling better than ever. It was the best return of function I've got in one treatment, even counting multiple physical therapies over the years for all the damage that builds up with life.
